![]() I'm editing videos on a daily basis and now I'm essentially left without crucial tools. It's like the drag & drop functionality is completely disabled by the system only for this particular program - I can successfully drag & drop the same file to any other window except Pinnacle Studio's window. I have then purchased the latest 18.5 Pinnacle Studio, being told by Pinnacle support that it's 100% compatible with Windows 10, and I have updated it to the 18.6 version only to see it behave in exactly the same Only to see the program freeze upon launch. ![]() Now, I have tried running the Pinnacle Studio in Windows XP and Windows 7 compatibility modes, I need this functionality, which works like a charm with Movie Maker for instance, but not with PS. This problem basically renders the entire program useless to me. Menu, and it only works for video files - the image or audio files can't be opened this way for unknown reason (it worked earlier). The only way to add files to the program is to open them manually via program ![]() ![]() Symptoms: no matter what kind of file, from which folder I'm trying to drop on the program window, I get the "no entry" cursor (crossed circle) and program doesn't get the files. Then I updated to Windows 10 only to discover that drag & drop functionality appears to be disabled for this particular program. I have been happy user of the Pinnacle Studio 14 for years - it worked for me on Win XP, it worked on Win 7, zero problems. ![]()
